The linear axes of the handling robot, which moves in two axes, are fitted with track roller guidance systems. The horizontal travel table has track roller guidance systems of series LF. The carriage and guideway are supplied preassembled.

The whole system consists of a guideway LFS52-C and an open carriage LFL52-SF. The guideway is screwed to the rigid pillar and the carriage to the moving table.

The gripper axis including the vertical table has single bearing units LFEK. These are aluminium units containing one track roller, an integral relubrication and wiper unit and a protective lip seal.

The vertical moving table is combined with half guideways LFS..-FHE on which the track rollers screwed to the transverse travel unit run. For precise assembly, the datum guideway is pressed against a locating face of the guidance column and is used for alignment of the second guideway.
