The high performance assembly machine places electronic components on circuit boards. The modular system is equipped with double gantry type axes and two capstan heads. It has a maximum assembly capacity of 13 000 parts per hour.

The capstan heads are equipped with 12 suction pipettes. The machine picks up the components using the pipettes and places them on the circuit boards.

The assembly cycle takes about 250 milliseconds. The permissible tolerance is only 0,08 mm. The circuit boards can measure up to 610 mm x460 mm in size.
