The rotation points of the roll bar contain INA Elges maintenance-free spherical plain bearings GE15-UK of a special design.

The outer and inner rings are made from steel. Between the rings is a PTFE sliding layer. This sliding layer allows the bearing to rotate smoothly and also fulfils a lubrication function.

The PTFE plastic between the outer and inner rings ensures that the bearing will not rust over the life of the Cabriolet.

The adjacent construction protects the bearing from contamination, thereby improving its reliability.
