The rotor of the small electric motor rotates on two ball bearings 608-ZZ. Quiet running of the electric motor is ensured by the high surface quality of the bearing raceways. Axial positioning of the bearings by a disc spring also contributes to low running noise levels.

The grease filling of the bearings is sufficient for their operating life. Sealing shields on both sides of the bearing keep the grease in and contaminants out.
