The linear movements are supported by track rollers LFR and linear ball bearing and housing units KGN25-B-PP-AS.

The outer ring of the track roller has a gothic arch profile. This gives 2 point contact, ensuring smooth and reliable movement of the couch. The track rollers are greased for life, so no maintenance is required.

Linear ball bearing and housing units KGN25-B-PP-AS can compensate misalignments up to 30´. They are fitted with double lip seals. These retain the initial lifetime charge of lithium soap grease within the bearing, so that no maintenance is necessary in this case. The housing of the unit can be easily screw mounted on the adjacent construction and little work is therefore involved in fitting.
